Thanks man... Ya kicking some ideas around, may do a shackle flip in the future. But for now I think they will be fine. Im hoping the front settles an inch or so I had enough pieces cut to build another set of blocks if I had to as well. Its getting closer for sure, lots of small stupid stuff that sucks up a lot of time. Slowly but surely its coming together. I would like to drive this thing someday lol.

Bars are looking good on it. They getting painted black as well? Are those Bilstein shocks your running? What series are they? I been looking into shocks lately since they will be coming up on the to do list soon. I want to run Fox racing ones but they are salty priced. I've seen a lot of good things on Bilstein's and good prices so they are another option for me.

Mostly because I had no idea what I was doing when I started this build lol. I Knew I didnt want an all spring lift in the rear, maybe have to run a 4 inch block or something like that. Once I got closer to the end It was easier to stuff some big blocks in. I Never meant for the front to end up so tall. That about sums it up. I have been kicking the idea around of a shackle flip or maybe having AAA spring bend something up in the future but for now I going to get it moving and that will give me a better idea on what needs to be reworked in the future.

I ran blistein's on my dodge and always liked them, but like you said there are others that are just as good. The 5100 series are what you want to run. I downloaded there chart and just picked off of there for the sizes that worked for me. They come as 5110's or something like that. There bull.... way of not giving you a better warranty because they were not order for a specific vehicle. So that part is kind of a bummer.

Thank you sir, mighty kind of you....
Ha ha Ya there big for sure. Speaking of drive lines did a bunch of measuring this weekend for them. Im 88" long in the rear, So two piece for me. Not a big deal since I assumed thats what I would need to go with. Speaking with the shop there telling me 82 is as long as they will do a one piece. On this axle I had to redo perches anyways so I set angle then. My output is sitting at 85 deg down and the flange on the axle is 85 deg up. So its sitting perfect for a one piece so thats to bad. Thanks buddy......

Pushed the truck outside for a min to clean up a little and took a few pictures...
pretty dusty and dirty
Crazed..... took a picture where I had to clearance the grill
Also got the hood latch accomplished. Works like new. nice easy push latches it perfect. Got it all powder coated and reinstalled Sunday. Still need to put a pull cable on it. A wire is preforming as the pull cable night now.

I had my 2 piece driveshaft / carrier bearing in my 2006 Megacab replaced with a one piece shaft from Doghouse Diesel. It was a huge 5"OD aluminum shaft, very nice quality. It made the truck so much smoother. I can't remember the exact length, and I can no longer find Doghouse Diesel online. But that mega cab is one long SOB, perhaps you can find someone else who will make you a one piece shaft.
