MY 1950 F-6 COE TRACTOR
I had my tractor out the other day, so I thought I would share a picture. Actually, I wanted to try out my new logo on it, so this picture is Photoshopped a little! After I updated the logo, I figured I might as well hook it to my trailer (which is across town at a friend's house, who has a bigger yard than I do). Then, I just had to logo that too!
So, darksiders take notice. This is what you are supposed to do with a COE! It's on a stock chassis, and it's flathead powered!

Thanks!
Unfortunately, the 337 engine wasn't available in the small trucks. Putting one in there would take as much modification as putting in a big block, so that isn't happening. I did build one of my killer flatheads for it, though. It's stroked and bored, and has a custom cam designed for the application.

It did need a lot of work. There was no glass in it, and the cab was full of junk, cemented in place by that fine dirt that apparently blows all over the place out there. It was about 8" deep, and packed in tight. It kept everything dry, though, because the cab corners are perfect.
I rebuilt every moving part on the chassis, so it now runs and drives like new. I added a 2 speed Watson brownie box, and a period correct air over hydraulic brake system while I was at it. (It was set up for a vacuum brake trailer).
