so i just replaced the engine and i have 3000 miles on it....i have lost about 2 inches of coolant in about 2 weeks...i pulled the dipstick and the oil is a little high and i think it smells like coolant...where should i be looking?

Sounds like your oil cooler is leaking.

 

I do I go about checking and then fixing the oil cooler...hopefully it was part of the engine when they dropped the new one in

They need to pressure test the coolers to see if that is where the leak is. It should be covered with the warranty they gave you on the motor.

An oil analysis would be good piece of mind as well.

When they take the coolers apart to reinstall on the new motor it is easy to not get it aligned just right.
