Yes I just did the steering knuckle ball joints all 4 of them.
The one I need to do now is the one at the passenger side of the
track bar. 2005 and up have a total of 5 ball joints. I am tempted
to go back to the shop that did the track bar and see if they will
give something for the failure. Most likely not.

BTW both of these photos I found on the web. They are not ones I have taken.

I was told by the mechanic that Ford has a bushing repair kit. BUT he has never used it and he used to work at a Ford dealership.

Then on top of that I also need to do the drag link. The joint at the pitman arm is getting sloppy.
So it looks like I will be doing all the rods and bars on the front end and then buying some new tires.

Found the correct PDF for you on the steering gear adjustment.

I got ya now Sean. I was gonna say you must of done some driving to wear out the ball joints already.
My track bar joint is the only one left that's never been changed yet in 165000+ miles.

Happy Wife..... as the saying goes...

Tile is never fun, particularly when you have to do a bunch of cutting -- then there is the joy of grout, oh what joy...

I don't know how you went over a month without having some serious Powerstroke Withdrawl Symptoms

I didn't start mine for a week, but saw it everyday, that alone was hard enough

At least I got to drive the F350 - without a muffler, it sounds like a propeller plane changing the pitch of the prop in relation to the gas pedal
After sawing back-and-forth on the steering wheel to stay between the lines on the roads, I really appreciate the Red-Head steering box on my Ex.
