So what did you do to your 6.0L today?

Well good for y'all, I drive the crap out of my truck and the hoses couldn't last with the rest of the truck.
I got my truck October 2013 between then and now I've put 64K on it running the roads of Texas. (mostly highway miles with my commute and roadtrips all over)
Hope things keep working out for y'all....

It more so matters how it's failing, electronically (coils) or mechanically (a pintle not sealing causing combustion to enter fuel rail). The latter will slowly kill other near by cylinders by starving them of fuel possibly killing the whole bank.

It runs good enough city speeds 45-55 mph to not cause a miss. However, when I get to higher speeds like 60-75 mph it's enough to shake the truck and everything in it.
It's getting replaced tonight...

thats where my small "miss" feeling was starting was the 60-75..

my guesses.. Out of balance tire, bad wheel bearing, bad axle shaft ujoint (mine had a small vibration from that but when locked in would jerk the wheel hard in minor turns).. didnt think to ask if you had pneumatic hubs or manual.. if pneumatic could be the one sides stuck.. course same can happen on the manuals too if was used recently and theyve dried out.

ive had techs tell me over and over again how the 6.0 TTY bolts "dont stretch" that theyre just "springy".. they may not stretch but they certainly bend... i knew a couple were bent.. figured id check to see how much they bent

the grains of the metal but it's there. The bolt has gone throw internal changes to the metal. You should hand them
a metallurgy book and tell them to read. Bet you will get the deer in the headlights look from them.
Today my fun has been rear brakes. I'll tell you about after I go pick up the last rotor
from the machine shop. Damm the price has gone up on having then resurfaced.

Ask them what The "Y" in TTY means. The bolts give when properly torqued and do not predictably return to their starting point (length) when loosed. That why the are one time use. Even if you could accurately measure the legnth and you found a few that returned to their previous dimension after the first use, they would yield more (or more accurately-sooner) on the second use.
Nice catch on the bowed bolt
