Lets see what did i do today... well to start off i changed a fuel filter on a chevy... bleh.. my tools felt offended... had to do maint on dads truck ohh well we'll just call that his christmas present from me..

Now as to my truck.. i didnt get everything done i wanted to do... but did get the hard part done...

I started off TRYING to be gentle with the smaller hammer... My truck just laughed at me.. It said FAT CHANCE YOU NOT GETTING IT!!!!... so i brought out its bigger more aggressive brother.. good 10 wacks later...

and with some help of a pipe wrench...

out came the bad little tie rod that connects to the pitman arm...

few minutes later the new ones in and ready to work...

apparently i got close because the steering wheel was only slightly off..

but have no fear...

20 minutes later i have that solved.. would have been 5 but the sleeve seems to be rusted to the other end of the other tie rod

but at least i have an Even Odometer reading lol guess tomorrow ill be tackling the front driveshaft and slip yoke...

Well we did go for a little drive after I
put the 8K tow tune back on. SRL was

Y'all are brave folks, lol! My Missus and I had a random, mutual talk about that; we had to shuffle a few things around, but we got all our shopping done earlier this month.

My Dad called and said for some strange reason we didn't have a Christmas tree at home and to pick one up for them. So I used the Power of the Mighty 6.0 to bring one home:

You did not need any power for that one. You left the hard part
still at the tree farm. Had you pulled the tree roots and all...

Marry Christmas

Brave is the word. Gotta watch out for some of the little old ladies---they look sweet as can be but get in their way and they get nasty lol
