what brand and grade of oil are you guys running in your 6.4

Same here. Oil still looks very clean at 5K miles oil changes.

T6 in winter and back to either Rotella or Delo 15w40 in the summer, been Rotella more often than not.

5W40 Mobil Delvac in CJ-4 Grade. Allows same oil weight for summer and winter and towing 5th Wheel in all seasons

I fill to 14 litres only to leave a bit of room for diesel in oil growth.

I always ran Motorcraft 15w40 in the summer and M1 TDT 5w40 in the winter. I think that proper weight oil with the CJ-4 specification is all that matters, I have yet to hear of a "bad" oil to use.
