i know most of u senior fellas already know what i'm talking about. tis one's for the newbies. i've included a link to my photo repository here on fte. tat should give y'all an idea of how the new part looks like. get it from your local international dealer. it's a whole lotta cheaper from them. i got mine from International Trucks of Houston for $17.02.

Hi Dom,
I need some clarification. What is that? 6.0 or 7.3?
I must be new enough!

Trekbasso, glad u asked. It's for the 6.0. This is the six-o forum after all. No 7.3 issues here. Lol.

Or you can pick it up through a forum sponsor for $16.02....

Riffraff Diesel: HFCM OEM Water Separator Drain Upgrade Plug

Yeah, you'll pay shipping for it...but if your like me, I usually order several things from him at one time. So the shipping per item drops pretty quick.

It's for the 6.0L & 6.4L and goes in the HFCM (primary fuel pump) on the frame rail below the driver's door. It's an updated design that allow you to remove the water drain plug without having to use an allen wrench. Also, since it's made of brass...less likely to corrode in the cover and give you all kinds of grief like the OEM steel ones have been doing.
