You can purchase a subscription to the manual from Alldatadiy.com which will contain the factory service information. You can also check with your local public library. Some have a service agreement with EBSCO or Chilton and, with your membership, provide access to the service manual information. This information may not be the factory information, but is usually sufficient and similar to what you can access after registering on Autozone.com and accessing the "Repair Information."

The only way I'm aware of to get the factory service information online is to subscribe to AlldataDIY. The actual factory service manual is an interactive program with a GUI that gets installed, it's not simply an accumulation of PDF files.
I have to take that back to some degree. The free service information from "Chilton" provided through the local public library is mostly from the factory service manual. Since it's free to get a public library card, the Chilton service is effectively free. It is not a complete compilation of all the information contained in the factory service manual, but provides the majority of the wiring diagrams and repair information that the average and maybe even slightly above average DIY'er would need.
