4wABS and E4OD link?

I have an issue where my trans will not shift out of first in D. It is due for a rebuild I know but it'd be nice to have all gears to drive for the time being. I recently unplugged the front ABS sensors as I discovered they were broke anyway. Would the ABS sensors have triggered some code (limp mode) in the trans? Thanks guys

Its on 95 Bronco jsut so we're on the same page. I have reverse and everything feels fine, just no D operation.

I did pull the codes, but I left my list at the house. I don't think it was anything trans related but who knows with the E4OD.

ALL codes are trans related in vehicles with the E4OD and 4R70w, meaning any sensor issue will affect trans operation and in particular anything to do with the TPS and speed sensors.
