H'mm good to hear you found someone. Curious what brand he comes back with from NAPA. Some day I'm sure I have to do my other side and while I have time, I'm looking for options.

That sounds like a decent price. I would like to find someone to do mine. Keep us posted on how it goes and post what type of studs he gets.

 

I will ask him next week, thats when I am taking my pickup to him. As far as I know Im sure it will say Napa on the box of studs but I will try to find out. Heck I might even go to the local napa store and ask them who makes there studs. I told him once he gets the manifolds off Im going to take them to my house and ceramic coat them real quick.

 

I have read other posts where the manifolds were taken to a machine shop to make sure the manifolds were true. Or at least run a straight edge on to make sure they are flat and not warped.
