Next thing was that the tires were 13 years old and they were crispy! Needed to size it up a bit so i went with 35's. Also needed to step it up and went for MT Classic II's

I had to see what it would look like with a 2" lift so i jacked it up with a floor jack front and back. But you can check out the new tires

Ya its mounted up right now but 2moro i shall take dimensions for you. Its all aluminum. I drew it out and told this guy how i wanted it and he cut the pieces out and i supervised the welding. Dont need the tank blowing up cuz i dont know what im doing.lol

Awesome thanks. I am planning to take the bed off soon to fix the holes in the frame from where a po welded the bed to the frame. Yes. WELDED the bed to the frame.. And i want to put a gastank in while im at it because it would be easier to do it with the bed off

It was to make it fit because the bolts didnt line up. The truck was a feild rig with a flatbed then it was sold to someone who put the bed on and turned it around for a profit. My dad bought it in 76 and hes the 3rd owner so the 2nd didnt have it long at all. He fixed it with some angle iron but theres holes in the frame from cutting the welds with a torch..

"" I know the feeling. Im the 3rd owner. 2nd owner had it for 12 years just to haul his boat around (ill post a pic of it in a sec). 1st owner effed up everything rebuilding the engine! Im so PO'd about it. Sat in the driveway for a month and a half. 2day was the first time it was running again thank GOD! I have 8 cylinders goinginstead of the 7 i guess ive been running on since i bought it.

Ya i saw your other thread. Bad luck there. One hell of a motor if it can pull a boat with 7 cyliners.. Assuming its a decent sized boat

You will see the boat here in a sec. And he hauled it on 6! Some idiot had the plugs wired wrong and we figured out it was running on 6 for 12 years!!!
