Heater fan stuck on high!

do you have the digital a/c controls? if so try smacking the dash board they can sometimes stick. some people claim that if you flick the lights on and off repetedly it will unstick it but ive never had any luck with that i usually smack the dash next to the control and that frees it up. or try the steering wheel controls

I'm not sure about your truck, but on older models there is a blower motor resistor. You will only have high speed fan when the resistor fails. That wouldn't explain your lack of shutoff though, so I would lean more towards a fan switch, stuck relay, or defective controls.
