Well, I oiled my hub like you guys mentioned, one ounce and drain it but....it started pouring out the back of the shaft. What do I need to do here?

I assumed you had already taken the fan & hub off the truck and taken it apart to see what was wrong. There's nothing you can do with it on there that is going to stop it from leaking.

Have you fired up your engine yet?

Bearing

Ross, how do I take one of these apart, is there a break down of the internal parts?
Engine not fired up yet, all the little parts ******* me down, waiting for small stuff in the mail. Can you shoot me a pic of the dipstick filler tube at the exhaust manifold. I want to see the clearance, not sure why mine is touching.

You have a manual, don't you? I think it shows it in there. There was a thread two weeks ago with an exploded diagram from the parts CD. (I think it was your thread??)

book

You mean page 128, 2 paragraphs with nothing on how to repair the fan pulley. Exploded view in the parts catalog will not tell how to take it apart without damaging it.

So, you need to look at the water pump section. There are separate sections for each engine. Most of these pulleys need to be pressed out.
