No, I don't think so. (not in this era)
You might have to change the pilot bushing.
And of course you need a clutch with the correct splines.

with a smooth idle and 91 octane its a pretty stout set of numbers.

I had a 4.6 that was a bolt on queen and made over the 1hp per cube (then had a 175 shot of nitrous)
I built an 03 cobra, made 550 to the wheels with just a ported blower and bolt ons (through stock cats and manifolds even) very impressive car.
And I'm driving around one of those pathetic efi 351 engines in my dd truck. (hopefully long tubes and stainless exhaust will free up some ponies and mpg but it really needs a cam swap)
