'11 F-150, 5.0L, SuperCab slams into 2nd gear at parking lot speeds?

Glad im not the only one with this issue. Happened to me the other night in stop and go traffic on the highway. I thought I was rear ended, wasn't till i looked in the mirror and noticed nobody behind me and then it happened again and again. That and the constant banging of the driveline when you first accelerate is driving me nuts.

Torque Converter locking up when it should not? If I was setting at a stop light it would sometimes jump forward like you had a standard transmission and let out on the clutch fast while holding the brake.That is what I think it is.The torque converter locking.Computer software problem telling it to lock when it should not.
