I have a 2010 crew fx4 white. I want to put steps of some sort on my truck. Since I have the FX4 I wanted to stay away from chrome steps. I am leaning towards the NFab cab length or wheel to wheel in black. Does anybody have any experience with these? Pictures? Pros? Cons? Or any other suggestions for a nice looking black step. Thank you
I have them the only con is the tubes are open to the elements. I plan to fill the ends with spray foam, then trim and paint the foam. Let me see if I can find a pic.

Have any visual aids to illustrate this for me? From all the pics I've seen, I haven't noticed any openings. If that's your truck in the pic, she's a beauty!

Thanks, that's mine. The tubes are hollow with open ends. Sorry, no pics.
adamsre, nice looking truck and thanks for the info! Steps look great on there. The open ends do concern me a bit. Probablly wouldn't be to hard to cap them and repaint the ends to seal them up. The road salt and snow getting in there doesn't sound good.
Wow, that looks nice!
Are those the W2W bars? Looks like it.
One more question: installation. Any drilling required? Easy to do?
Thanks a lot, and awesome looking truck!
Very easy to do with two people. The directions leave out a step or two so I put them on twice. It doesn't tell you where to put the clips but I figured it out. You do have the option of drilling one hole on each side or not. I chose to just use the 5 bolts instead of 6 so I would not have to drill. It is plenty sturdy (I weigh 220) and holds me fine!
