Hope everyone is ready for colder weather. I've been doing some last minute maintenance before cold sets in. All I have left is to get my water line freeze proof. The old heat tape lasted 6 years but failed me last winter and cost me a shut off valve. Not that it was expensive but changing a brass valve with water running everywhere isn't fun at 5 degrees

This weekend has been a tough one.....my big brothers birthday is today......he would have 52! I miss him so terribly at times.......but I am able to take out some of my frustraion on the house.......sanding paint does wonders for aggression!! Have a GREAT weekend!!
