steering mod ??

Saw a truck the other day that had some kind of steering mod. The tie rod was mounted up high, maybe even over the spring. Anyone have any info on this? Google not giving me anything

Google "high steer"

It is usually just the drag link that is moved up high, but the tie rod could be moved up as well.
