going to single rear wheel

i am tired of having a dually, so i am converting to single rear wheel
one side on the front done

still working on the other

look how bad my pivot bushing was

i plan to keep the dually rear end a just put single rear on it. ive seen pictures of that (evan,if you ever find it again, send it to me) and liked the way it looked

Fuel mileage, having to buy 6 tires, a super pain in the a$$ to park... And no need for the extra capacity. And a sweet deal on these tires and aluminum rims

Well, if it wasn't for the high price of fuel I'd be coming your way in two weeks. I could have helped with the rear of the trucks and maybe had a beer or two. As you know because of high prices, I have to fly to florida

I just get tired of hearing from all these 'nose stuck up in the air rich snobs with brand new pickups' in camp grounds that I don't have enough pickup for what I'm pulling. They think I need a dually and from my understanding its the same axle whether its a three quarter or one ton or dually. Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel with my air bags that I'm a least a one ton. Yes, the dually would give me more stability on the road but it pisses me off that I'm told 'I don't 'have enough pickup' for the big camper I have.
