Last week a Super-duty pulled out in front of me and the diesel exhaust fumes damn near choked me and the wife, it was a fairly new one too. I've encountered this many times and hate following most diesel powered vehicles for that reason.

The first one was like that. the blue one not so much. To be honest with you, it's so quiet, you wouldn't even know it was a diesel. It don't smoke at all, and has an awsome amount of torque.

our 6.7 powered trucks in work is like that too Charlie.
especially the 2014 F-350 with the emissions delete.
that thing is a monster.
even with the delete kit, it does not blow any smoke at wide open throttle from a dead stop.

the only smoke you see is what comes off the spinning tires.

Yeah, this one is like that. kind reminds ya of the old sit you back in the seat when ya floor um big blocks of yesteryear. (not that I'm old enough to remember that )
The only thing you see coming out of the tailpipe of this truck at full throttle is heat!

I think it's more common in cummins owners. Need to roll coal to show they know how to waste fuel just for some black smoke! The 7.3's I've seen don't roll coal, it's all about that turbo whistle

Oh man! I rest my case, it's a cummins thing. I'm pretty sure you google image search "diesel coal rolling" the first picture is, you guessed it.

I'm pretty sure the MP's would have a field day if we all started doing that with our trucks. I'd probalby get pulled over starting my truck in the winter!

Not a problem! I was curious as well. I'm pretty sure it was an old superbowl commercial too.
