How many miles on your 3V V-10?

My 2008 V-10 jut passed 100,000 trouble free miles. Never in the shop except for normal oil changes and recent spark plugs. I am looking at front brakes pretty soon and think I will just go with a new set of Ford replacements. The rest of my high-mile maintenance has already been done. Great truck.

What is the story on the timing belt on this V-10? Is it a metal chain or a nylon belt like most ricers?

'08 with just over 66,000. Plugs were done at around 52,000, rear diff and trans flush a few hundred miles after that, just have to flush the coolant before winter. Oil gets changed every 3500 miles.

You must not use the tow/haul much on your '09. I think I am finally ready for a set of front brakes at 100k, rears will last another 100k I think.
