1992 f150 4.9L Header questions

does anybody know what a good header and exhaust set up is for a I6? im obviously not gonna ever get the sound of an 8 but right now i have everything cut off and im looking for a full exhaust system including a header.

get a "cat-back" exhaust, then fill in the blank between that and the header(s)

Maybe he was looking for recommendations or firsthand experience with what's out there? I'm new to the world of 300s, I would be interested in hearing what people like and don't like and why.

No luck on headers for an EFI. I would say its damn near impossible to find them.

I was just going to ask how that worked with all the computerized shtuff. Darn.

Summit carries them...Hedman Headers....

$211.....

But in all honesty....The EFI manifolds are 90% headers.....More or less....

I found some on summit for 175 but never knew if they were worth it
