Wait... im confused. You can't get the stockers out of the spindle hole on the knuckle?

Or you can't get the new ones IN the spindle hole of the knuckle?

The new ones won't fit inside the knuckle hole I even broke loose the ball joints and tried sticking axle in first then knuckle and a no go.

Interesting.... go to Pirate4x4 and ask this question in the Ford forum. I remember seeing a thread about this a while ago. Don't remember the solution.

Well the solution was to use a grinder to shave off some of the ear on the axle shaft and Yukon still said lifetime warranty is good

As long as they said the warrenty is still good, they're probably aware of this issue.

Grind away. Must be some big yokes on them things. I know the stockers are somewhat tight when they slide in or out.

What did you do for inner axle seals? Ever consider those new outer axle seals? I see them working good on new shafts, but not old rusty ones.

You think the new shafts will eat them up?

I don't think the mad dog outer axle seals are a good product. I'm just gonna leave the old seals in it and see if the new axle shafts last
