Warranty number location on frame.

I have a 1980? F600 with 8.2 detroit has had cab change. The title is in someone elses name. Not the person I bought it from. The other is a state truck that has made its way around several munisapalitys. The warranty number is paint penciled on LH door jamb. It matches title.
