99 F250 SD V-10 Triton running poorly

V-10 running rough at idle and surging at higher speeds. Changed plugs and coils, changed MAF and IAC, EGR and position sensor. Fuel is clean and filter was changed.

Have you checked for vac leaks yet? Just dealt with the same thing on my truck ended up being a leaking pcv hose.
