i call a lot of ford dealers and they said the the real one wich is F3HZ-11582-a is discontinued and the one they call it is E6HZ-11582-A wich does not fit.

What year truck? I didn't have any luck searching with your part number (if it was available through a dealer/OEM source, that should pull it up).

This is probably your best bet.
Edit: Strike that...they don't have a F-700 listed.

Edit: Is this the part?

If you have a 1987-1994 F700, E6HZ-11582-A is correct.

Is anybody knows who or how to get the ignition cylinder switch F3HZ-11582-A?
F3HZ-11582-A is not listed for an F700, so...it does not fit an F700!
Welcome to FTE

11582: This is the ignition switch CYLINDER & KEY only .. it is not the ignition switch itself.

1987/94 F600/700/800

D7AZ-11572-A .. Ignition Switch (Motorcraft SW-1379).

E6HZ-11582-A .. Ignition Switch Cylinder & Key (Motorcraft SW-2000).

Are you sure you have an F700? People tend to confuse an F700 with L/LN/LNT/LTS series trucks. If your truck is an L/LN/LNT/LTS, these parts are in-correct.

Post the first 7 digits of your trucks VIN
