Parts interchangability.

After finding my tie rods about to fall out of my 95' F150 4x4 and getting a $200 quote for parts I decided to see what from my vast parts pile would interchange. Turns out the tie rod assembly from steering arm out to spindles will swap from 2wd-4wd 150 and 2wd 150-350 and CandC. I don't know about the leaf sprung trucks as I no longer own 1. I just swaped the entire assembly from my 95 C&C 2wd over to the 95' 150 4wd the only diff being the passenger side is a much thicker tube but the same end ball. Meaning you can swap an entire pass side unit but the outer and inter will not interchange. I dont know ig mine was thicker because it was an f350 hd PSD or if all the 250-350's are bigger on that end.

I thought this might be a good thread to post these kinds of swaps to save some coin and possibly save the day for members. Please keep it to swaps and not chit chat if we can.
