I'd like to upgrade to a New tailgate with the Step in it that swings down. I have a 2005 F-350, it sounds like you are saying that all I need is the left hinge? Everything else fits and lines up?
I have an '08 tailgate on my 2002 F-250.
You can use the existing hinge on the left side, but you cannot use the torsion bar lift assist.
I believe they call the hinge a roller, I think I paid about $ 16.00 for mine.
You will have to paint it.
