2007 New Engine
As some of you have maybe seen my engine in my 2007 f150 grenaded leaving me puzzled and stranded.
got a new long block and had it installed. so far so great BUT i noticed sometimes it seems to not have any power ... scanned for codes and got aP2006 code. I read up on this but not a lot of it makes sence, to me at least.
could this be the installers fault? can i get them to pay for it?
i will be posting the pictures of my nuked block as soon as i get the pics uploaded.

Couple quick things to look for. Did they even plug the things in? Its very easy to forget. Its a small plug located behind the intake. And i cant remember if the linkage is exposed on these trucks or not. I guess i should look at my intake in the attic. But if there is linkage back there get your fingers on it and move it. Should move easy from left to right and right to left. There may be some wires or something else in the way preventing it from moving properly. These are your throttle secondaries so to speak. They open at a certain rpm to allow double the air flow into the cylinder. If there stuck closed the truck will be weak. Kind of like a four barrel carb running with only two barrels opening.
