Need help with 1995 Ranger no fuel no spark

I have a 1995 Ranger with a 3.0 V6 and auto transmission. I went outside to leave and the truck turns over but won't start. The fuel pump won't run and it also has no spark. There was a 30 amp fuse blown in the engine bay fuse box that apparently goes to the pcm. I replaced the fuse and the truck still has the same symptoms but the fuse did not blow again. I checked for power on one of the coil pack wires and it had 12 volts. I have checked all of the fuses in the truck, swapped diodes, and swapped relays and no luck. I suspect a bad pcm or wiring. Need ideas and if you guys know how to test the pcm I'd appreciate any knowledge.

I would swap out the ecu relay($5).......that needs to work for the fuel pump relay to work..........any chance your ignition switch is shot?

It's plausible seeing as the truck has north of 200,000 miles.
