No suspension modifications, it most likely has a bodylift, that is required to drop the floor in the front/driving location, I wish I had it, the lift gives more space in the engine compartment, appreciated when you need to work on it.
When I was originally looking into the "mobility vans" I talked quite a bit to a guy at RollX, we did end up with a used van originally converted by them.
He told me that the body is lifted 3", then the floor (from about the rear axle to the firewall in our case) is lowered 6"... the rear spacers are easily seen when looking in the rear wheel-wells.
