Problem with Sync and IPod Touch

I really like the Sync system by Microsoft that is installed in my 2011 F250. However the other day after stopping for a refuel it stopped recognizing any USB device. Kept giving me the "USB empty" response on the screen. Manual doesn't mention it, the Sync website has nothing on it about this problem. It wouldn't even read a "memory stick" that I had some music on. I found the fix on a Microsoft user forum of all places. They suggested to pull the 20a fuse that controls the Sync system for 30 seconds or so and that way you do a hard reset of the Sync software. Worked great! Since the Sync is a software system you are not effecting your phone info with the fuse pull. Thank god Microsoft does not have control of our airbags or ABS brakes!
