Hi all, I am in the process of putting a 351W HO out of a 1984 F-150 in my 1973 F-100, I went through and replaced all the gaskets, the oil pump and screen, and the timing set, I just read that it actually benefits to retard the timing some??? I thought that the factory cam was retarded and it benefitted to advance the timing to the advance mark, I bought the set with the three key way gear and am wanting an answer on this before I finish assembly and install it in the truck, THANKS in advance for any help
