Any mods worth what you pay?

Just curious if there are any mods out there besides thing like a new y pipe and sct tuner that are worth their money. I just put gibson dual cat-back exhaust on my truck and i definitely think it was worth it, ive been getting a solid 1-2 mpg better and it feels like it has a little more power. plan on getting their headers soon also.

any other mods out there for our 5.4s that are worth it?

My vote is for the tuner...one that is customizeable to what you done (cat back) and want to do (headers). outside of that maybe electric fans.
stuff like CAI and throttle spacers do not yeild much, if any results)....the Gott air intake maos is cheap and does improve air flow just a well, if not better, without spending big bucks on a CAI.

You've got the best of the bolt-ons. 4.56 gears would be the best noticeable gain if you have 33" tall tires.

If your just buying them for manifold replacement. They wont hurt anything.
They do make a pretty good header(direct fit!)
But you wont see any power gain from them.
The ones I had got discolored pretty fast. They were only on my truck for about 3000 to 5000 miles
