We've had that banner since '08 ...back when SoCal and Hawaii were one chapter. The WP stands for Willie Peloqui, the chapter member who did the design. Hasn't been around in quite some time...last I heard he'd moved to Massachusetts.

BTW, That's New Jersey Chapter Leader Steve (sddesigns) holding the bag of zip ties and Matt (Archion) of West Virginia with the bungee cord.
