Operation: Zebra build

Operation: Zebra build
Hey there, Figured I'd start my own thread full of the many projects I'm doing on my truck, a 1995 Bronco with a 351w and E4OD. The truck was painted with zebra stripes by the previous owner. Since then I have added a bikini top and removed the carpet and sprayed bedliner throughout the entire interior.
My current projects:
Grinding/sanding the entire frame/underbody to bare metal and painting with military CARC paint. Ultra flat black chemical resistant. The hardest part so far has been scraping all the nasty build up on the back side of the TTB. I can't believe how much crud builds up in there!
My other current project is replacing the exhaust. My plans are for Full-length headers, I went with Pacesetter so I can keep the EGR. I know that I wont gain much over shorties, but I wanted that deeper rumble. I am going to replace the entire EGR system at that time too. I have the tube, valve, position sensor, and pressure sensor all new waiting to go on once headers come in. My plan is for a custom Y with single cat and then a single in dual out flowmaster to tie into the tips I already have coming out the back. I always drive with the bikini top so fumes aren't an issue currently, I will hate life in the winter, i know.
Pics to come soon!

Having the cash like Ted Nugent would be nice.
I know that his current zebra striped Bronco went through two major builds.
When the Bronco was new, the suspension was replaced with a Bill Stroppe
Suspension and a camo paint job was added.
The new sheet metal and zebra stripes came around ten years later.
I remember reading an article about the original build, it cost like 150,000 1982 dollars.
The point is, Broncos are cool no matter how much we spend on these trucks.
I check out every Bronco I see on the road, and I notice people checking
Our Bronco everywhere we go.
Edge,
Keep us posted.
I hope to replace my carpet with the vinyl flooring I bought from JBG this week.
I am going to replace the gas can carrier mounted to my tire carrier too, I will
Post that project on my build thread.

The connection I see between bronco owners reminds me of bikers, always have a wave or a hand signal and always checking out each others ride. Up here you dont see to many around I always see the same few atleast once a week. I saw a different one yesterday, all jacked up sitting on probably 30's - 33's camo paint job no top on... Off course I had to scream out my window "Nice Bronco" with a thumbs up... the guy had a ear to ear smile.

Keeping the TTB?
I used Rancho in the past with the original extended radius arm system.
There are so many companies that copied Rancho now, I also know
Skyjacker has an radius arm system that may be worth considering.
If I were to keep TTB I would go back to Rancho, I liked that system when it
was on my F150.

The UPS man brought me some packages today! Cant wait till this weekend to start working on the Zebra
First up are my new full length Pacesetter headers. I wanted full length for the sound and picked pacesetter because they let me keep the EGR.
All new EGR valve, position and tube. I was tired of getting an EGR code, figured this should fix it. Plus I didn't wanna be sidelined for something lame like a rusted through tube and have to wait on a replacement.
