Manson, I really dig that dark green one posted. About the same color My F6 is getting.

I'd really like to find an N series for a future project and make a ramp hauler out of it.

I agree the dark green one caught my eye too.
And I wondered if Michelle would chime in when I heard the color comb you were thinking of for your N600 Central. If she hadn't I'd have pasted a pic of her truck here.
Michelle~ You didn't swap out the Cummins did you? or just photo shopping a "what if" scenario.

I'm busted, no I didn't change out the engine, I photo shopped the truck. Tom George and I am think of building one with an extended hood and installing a V 12 Detroit in it. If we do get it built it will look a lot like picture I posted. It will be long enough to install just about any engine you would want, a 1693 Cat would also be a good choice. We are going to build it on a LTL 9000 chassis. We are gathering parts but as usual I do not know if it will ever come about for sure. Here is a picture of my truck. It is painted correctly for a N series and the color is Carribbean turquoise and white.

Any idea on the curb weight of this truck?
Cloudy pic, hard to make out the codes...especially when ones eyes are almost 67 years old.

N60EUE94241 / WB = 121 / COLOR = C / MODEL = N600 / BODY = 4281 / TRANS = 4 / AXLE = F3A / GVW = 19600 / Cert net HP = 181 / RPM = 3800 / DSO = 870281.

If you want further info, martiauto.com has all the original FoMoCo specs for 1967/79 vehicles. There is a fee for Marti's services, known within the hobby as a Marti Report.

I woulda decoded this jazz sooner, but "She, who must be obeyed' and I were on vacation in the PNW 7/21-8/7.
