In idea what might be bent?

Just got spindles back from maching shop and i was all ready to put my new king pins in. Got them installed sucessfully. So got everything put back together and now time to put wheels back on. I put drivers side, then went to go put passengers side on and the clearence from the jack stand wasnt enough. So what do i do? i use the jack, and jack it up just enought so i have clearence. Well, put the wheel on the studs then go to get the lug nuts and the wheels pops off kinda violently. My jack was leaking! so once i get the jack stand heighth right and wheels back on, it has a positive camber. I think i might of bent the spindle. At this point i was so frustrated i didnt take it apart to look at it. Im hoping its not the spindle and maybe the rim is bent or the studs? Could the axel of bent? Isn't that how that adjusted camber back in the day? Anyone have other ideas. Maybe it just looks funky, But im pretty sure the top of the wheel is out ward more than the bottom.

I assume you have an engine in the truck because without the weight of the engine you might have some noticible positive camber. But, if you do have the engine in, my guess is the wheel probably got bent. It takes a lot to bend a spindle or an axle...

Yah engine in. Plus the drivers side is perpendicular to the ground, no noticeable camber.

Did the truck fall all the way to the ground or did the wheel keep it from falling?

I could believe the wheel got bent (stock steel? Alloy?) I'd be surprised if the spindle got bent unless it was a really violent release of the jack.

What's the chance you put the spindle on upside down?

Easy way to check. Put another wheel on from the back and see if you have a difference. Then you'll know if it's the wheel or something else.

If the wheel is bent, just rotating it will show the wobble.

It's possible that someone in the past had the axle bent to give correct camber with worn kingpins. Now that they are good, it's off. Seems unlikely but...

I assume you were putting it together for the first time (new kingpins) so I might change my vote to improper camber on the new axle.

Does the wheel wobble if you jack it up and spin it? If not, it's not the wheel. If something bent just from a jack leaking down, I wouldn't want to drive the truck, just imagine what would happen if you hit a pothole
