Need truck ID help

I searched, honest i did!

Can someone decode this for me please?

VIN: F70HVHH0423

Axle: 53M
Trans: CD
Body: DT8
Type: F701

I understand the wheelbase (inches) and GVWR numbers... just need help with the ones above.

Also the fuel tank has the following numbers:
D4TA 9002 UA

Cutler C 2701

I just need to know if this is compatible with diesel fuel (right now it's a gas truck).

Thanks much!

I don't think there is a difference between diesel and gas as far as tanks are concerned.

It didnt look like it, but i wasn't sure if it was galvanized, which the diesel would eat and ruin my pump.

It's a little rougher looking that i wanted, but the only body metal i'm keeping is the hood and fenders. I am not looking forward to putting a new set of tires on it...

Usually I woulda decoded all this jazz the day you first posted it, but "She who must be obeyed" and I were on vacation 7/21-8/7.

Now, I'm playing catch-up to the 100's of unanswered questions typed during this time span, and today, have been on FTE since 10AM PDT.
