What Carburator is on a 1986 Ford F600 with a 370 Lima Engine

Welcome to FTE.
What problems are you having with the truck? Are you sure it's the carb, and not a clogged fuel filter perhaps?
Have you looked at the carb? If it's a governed Holley, there should be a tag on it with the model number. That would be a way to search as there are several sites with Holley info. 370s came with either a 2bbl or 4bbl iirc.
Next would be through Ford. Search on line for a Ford dealer selling medium duty parts, like so:
Ford Motorcraft Subaru Part Sales Altoona Bedford State College PA | Stuckey For You
There are several. You put your VIN in, as well as the other info, and get an answer.
NAPA doesn't show anything on line for F600s, and I couldn't find any year/make/model look ups on other sites.

For example: Regardless of what that chart claims, 1975/79 F100/350 V8's: There were FIVE different 2V carb kits, I kid you not.
If the ID number isn't known, the kits have to be looked up under the carb applications. Lotsa luck, cuz CA non CA, before/from certain serial numbers, high altitude or not, engine sizes all make a difference.
Did this for a member a coupla weeks ago, took me 30 minutes to figure out the fracatta kit part number. If the tag number was known, it woulda taken my less than a minute to find the kit part number.
Being a former Ford partsman, I trust Ford parts catalogs, not some aftermarket chart that may be right, may not be.
Yeah, I know...I'm a grouchy old crab...but you would be a crab too if you spent 12 straight hours on FTE today playing catch-up to the 100's of un-answered questions I missed while being on vacation in the PNW for 18 days.
And...I'm ready for another vacation, and may take one pretty soon...ALOHA!

Uh huh, but what good is it without the carb ID tag numbers?

Now, if the OP wants the Ford info, but he doesn't have the carb ID tag number, he's prolly SOL
There are NO carb application charts listed in 1980 and later parts catalogs, because the carb has to be looked up using the specific Calibration Code for the vehicle.
Once the carb ID number is found, then the kit is listed in another section of the catalog.
Sounds EZ doesn't it. Well...it ain't!
There could be as many as THIRTY different Calibration Code parts lists for one specific year vehicle with a specific engine size, I kid you not!!
This jazz means that one hasta compare the part numbers in each one a those Calibration Code parts lists to see if they match. If they do, that's just ducky. If they don't...
And, Ford in their infinite wisdom (on vehicles of this vintage) printed the vehicles specific Calibration Code on a label that was then glued to the radiator support, directly across from the radiator cap.
Many of those labels in today's world are either missing, unreadable, or someone detailed the engine compartment and painted over it.
And, this Calibration Code jazz also applies to all emission parts, other fuel related parts.
When peeps ask these related questions for 1980 and later, I usually don't answer, cuz it's a royal PITA to look this jazz up.
