I talked with Donna from the NV chapter and got a number from here for Craig, but it says something like this customer is not answering right now!.

 

Well we can and should keep trying.

 

Sounds like an old AirTouch (now Verizon) message from roaming days when coverage was poor.

Assuming it's a cell phone, if he's in "the middle of nowhere" Nevada, as might be expected, service is probably still iffy, no matter what Verizon and AT&T advertise.
