Question HELP PLEASE

I'm looking for the hood release handle dummy handle and the outside trim that goes around the handles to fit my 49 F-1. the ones I have looks like crap, but I cannot seem to find a new ones. Anyone have any ideas where I can get new ones? It seem like everything is for the 51 up F-1s. These is about all that is need to complete the restoration. please help.

Most of the dummy handles will be pitted because they're made of pot metal. The "U" shaped trim is stainless steel, so it should be in good shape.

I have the "U" shaped moldings in good shape. They just need to be polished. Let me know if you still need them, in case you don't buy the one's in the CL ad.

I have a dummy handle i took off an old hood but it needs to be re-chromed. I don't think anyone remakes these anymore. If interested let me know.

That is a decent price to have re-chromed. I think mine cost $45.00 for just the dummy handle.
