Can't clear IDM codes from 7.3 with forscan lite

Hello I have a1999 Ford power stroke. I removed the uvch's and IDM, ECM plugs trying to diagnose a "partial missfire on cylinder #1". After inspection and ohm testing between IDM and injectors "all within specs" I hooked everything back up. Tried to start the truck and every cylinders gave me a P1271-2,3,4,5,6,7,8 code. Again I removed harness tested and reconnect everything. Now truck is running as good as it was but forscan lite Android app KOEO buzz/self test keeps giving me the same "high too low open "on all injectors. I push clear on forscan but code keeps appearing every time I self KOEO test. How could the engine run if every injector had a high too low circuit open ? Seems impossible to me but I'm not good with computer/wiring . Is this a stored code that is not clearing ?? Can I clear this code from IDM with the forscan lite Android app ? One thing I do notice is I hear intermittent clicking sound that I cannot pinpoint but sounds like it's around injectors. Any help be great as I don't know if this is a old code or not,or if truck could even start with 8 cylinders with p1271-1278. Please help
