I have finally gotten around to installing a set of Ford bumper guards. I wiont post a pic here but if you look in my garage you will see what they look like. I have three pics on there with them. I will be adding the factory Ford tie downs this week and as soon as Dennis Carpenter starts production of the Ford 8' bed rails I will install them. That will pretty much be the end of what I want to change on this truck. I am going for the "old mans pickup" look. LOl

Those bumper guards look totally cool. I had them on my 77 F150 and loved the look, and it looks like I need to get them again for my'95.

Very neat, looks good. So did they bolt on? Any words on the quality of 'em?

These are very good quality. Exact Ford reproduction or may be NOS. I am not sure but the box had the Ford logo and part number on it. Since mine has the diesel bumper ( being a 96) I could not use the holes that are there from the factory. Unscrew four 12mm screws and took the bumber off. Had to drill four holes in the back side lip of bumper, install guards and remount bumper. A little over an hour was all it took.

I have to say I liked it better before. They do look nice though. I also think they look better when they are in the right location. When they are farther apart something looks a bit off. Either way, thats a nice truck.
