Hello all,
I'm looking for the maximum allowed combined weight for my 1989 F-350 7.3L IDI Diesel dually 4x4 with 4:10 rears. and the trailer.
for the vehicle itself the sticker states 11000#.
since this was an Ambulance this is not printed at the door jamb sticker, so please if there is somebody out there with a compairable vehicle, please reply with the info, or mayby better, put a pic of your doorjamb sticker here?!?
i would be grateful for the info!
Thanks!

Bart,
If you check the next posting below in the forum "how much trailer weight", Senix lists a great link to check GCWR. Even though this only dates back to 2002, I don't think you will find much difference in years. According to this chart, your truck if a chasis cab, will be at 20,000 lbs with the 7.3 and 4.10's.
Great job Senix!!

Hello Bob,
Thanks for the advice, i looked trough there, and foun a lot of nice to know things.
But the thing for me is; i have to find out from a really comparable truck, ie a 1989er since i have to get some of these numbers on a foureign title, and the officials here will not accept this data from a 2002 truck, since they just plain simple say it's not the same year!
so, PLEASE 1989 F-350 owners, do me the pleasure, if you have a comparable truck, post a doorjamb sticker foto here please!

I suggest a call into ford customer service and they maybe able to provide the original ratings.
Trailer life...for a fee can provide it. There website only goes back to 1999.
