Another A/C post...but its not the air gap

I removed my shim to adjust the air gap on the clutch last year and it fixed that problem. But now when my A/C comes and goes as it pleases. I can still feel cold air barely coming out, just not blowing. Other times I will get in my truck and it blows just fine. I've searched the treads, but can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

sounds like the blower motor resistor.

it is right next to the blower motor. you will see the plug and it has 2 screws holding it in.

This is a nice write up on replacing the blower motor and resistor. It's for a van but I think the resistor is in the same spot or close to it in the trucks. I'm at work and don't have my truck with me otherwise I'd check. It shows what the resistor looks like so you can find it. Pop it out and see if there are any bad connections. A new one shouldn't be too expensive if you need it.
