New Problem with '95 F150 5.0L
While driving around today, I lost 85% power, and was able to limp to Autozone, LOTS of lag from the motor, pulled in and parked, let it idle out, revving it to around 2000RPM a few times, I got out of my truck to get closer to the tailpipe, to get a clearer insight to how rough the truck was running, it was running quite rough, then stalled soon after, we started it back up, and it was still running really rough, then stalled, then refused to start, sitting there for 3 hours trying to trouble shoot the issue, one guy suggested fuel pressure, we tested that, and got 34PSi out of the 28-45 range, another guy removed my gas caps, tested for pressure, he said it may have been trying to vapor lock?!?
I got it started soon after that, and it ran fine, let it idle for 10-15 minutes, and it didn't get rough again, I drove it for another 45 minutes or so, and never had the problem again.
Now, I have been getting a few codes in relation to the emissions system, the most common recurring code is the "Canister Purge Solenoid Fault" and with the key on, and a straw, I attempted to move air through the solenoid, in the proper direction, it refused to let ANY air through, think it's the cause?
I'm trying to figure a lot of these issues out, so I can get the truck in tip top shape for a 1900 mile round trip I plan to undertake soon.

You checked for fuel, what about spark? Temperature related stalling/rough running is usually a problem with the TFI, PIP or coil. It can be a process of elimination. Next time it happens, check for spark. If you do get spark, make note of the color. It should be on the blue side.
You can also proactively take the TFI module off then take it in for testing. It should be a black colored one for your year of truck.
