Check under the glove box. There is a piece that has 3 vac lines that come into it. I know occasionally on my truck a passenger will kick it and disconnect one and not even know it. Its also possible that you have a bad o-ring on one of the hubs, or a unit bearing that is starting to go bad and is leaking vacuum.

Check out Guzzle's website. Under Maintenance, there is a page for the hubs:

But that involves 4 of those annoying plastic screw things. Haha I'll get under there and take a look.

I was able to get both hubs to engage with the hand held pump (good tip clem1226!!) So I hooked the pump to the other end of the hose (Now testing everything beyond the wheel well) and neither side would hold vacuum.
Also nate, took that plate off but couldnt find any vacuum hoses back there.

Mines a little different. Heres a pic of the thing I was talking about. It completely covers everything under there.
And here is a pic of the hoses. I cant reach the part you have in your hand with out pulling the glovebox out, which I will do in a min..
EDIT: I pulled the glovebox.. The piece you showed is intact.

Is the vacuum pump the motor thing on the passenger side near the firewall?

TreySpooner when I had a problem with my ESOF I found that the electrical connection "Pig tail" that connected directly to the transfer motor. That little motor that shifts the transfer case into 4 x4 was actually loose. I need to replace it just haven't gotten to it yet. It is going to be a must before hunting season gets here. Hope that helps a little.
