Headliner Clips
I just cut our a new headliner using FRP, and I only have one issue. The back piece, (The one that has the cab light in it) keeps falling. I assume there is some kind of clips that attach it to the top piece. I didn't have a complete headliner in my truck when I got it so I don't know. Any help would be appreciated.

On the attached website page is a listing for the clips that you need! Look to the bottom left of the page! The set is part number 61-14440 and the price is $16.00

JST AUTOMOTIVE in Lebanon TN has 5 = 615-443-3086.
GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 15 = 800-543-4959.
This is the same clip alluded to in post #2, but "as original" it takes 5. Anything more is overkill.

Just for the guys who are looking for a set of patterns, I got a set from one of the guys here, and digitized them. I cleaned them up, so they can be easily emailed, and then printed at anywhere that has a plotter. I did mine at Kinkos. If you would like a set let me know, and I will email them to you.

A couple of guys asked for pictures, so here they are. I don't have the clips yet, so the back panel is not in yet, but this shows the pattern. I plan to cover mine, but I haven't figured out what to cover it with yet. Color choice is the biggest decision I have, and so until I know that it will be white.

Thanks for the pics and info on FRP. I pretty much know about that stuff. Brain just didn't click on what it was. Be interesting to get feed-back from you later down the road, on how that material holds up between summer heat and winter cold. I know that stuff cracks very easy when its cold and gets very flexable when hot.
Please let us know how it works out.
Thank you, Fritz
